Neil Thomas

Neil is a teacher with over 15 years of teaching and leadership experience, both in the UK and internationally.
Now based in Wales, his passion for education is centred around the philosophy that every child can achieve excellence, and this has been at the core of his teaching pedagogy during his career.
Using his experience as a Head of Department and as a Vice Principal at a leading International School, Neil works with several organisations to provide professional development training and coaching to senior leaders in schools.
By focussing on a strength-based approach, Neil believes highly effective coaching can help develop leadership skills, overcome challenges, accelerate personal and professional growth and help support emotional wellbeing.
