Karen Ardley Associates is an award winning leadership development and coaching consultancy, based in the UK and working with schools, colleges and organisations worldwide.
For more than 25 years, we have supported leaders at every stage of their development through high quality leadership programmes, coaching, consultancy and organisational development. Our work is practical, evidence informed and designed to create lasting impact for individuals, teams and organisations.
As an Approved Centre of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), we also offer recognised qualifications in leadership, management and professional coaching practice, enabling participants to combine meaningful professional learning with formal recognition of their achievement.

As a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Approved Centre, KAA offers recognised qualifications in leadership, management and professional coaching practice.
Our programmes combine practical professional learning with clear pathways to CMI accreditation, giving individuals and organisations the opportunity to develop capability and gain formal recognition of their achievement.

We are a Supporting Associate of COBIS, who are the largest premier global association for British schools overseas representing 250 schools in 79 countries.
In May 2021 we were the winner of the Supporting Associate of the Year award, for our innovative KAA Online learning platform.
We regularly present at the COBIS annual conference and feature in their CPD calendar with our professional learning programmes.
FOBISIA is a regional federation representing 79 leading British international schools in Asia.
KAA is an Affiliate member of FOBISIA and actively participates in Conferences.
We use DiSC to help individuals and teams understand behavioural preferences, communication styles and the impact they have on others. As certified and experienced users, we integrate DiSC into coaching, leadership development and team development to create greater self awareness, improve relationships and support more effective ways of working together. The focus is always on practical application, turning insight into better conversations, stronger collaboration and more intentional leadership.
