Paul is Headteacher at Fred Longworth High School, Tyldesley. He has over 16 years’ experience in education as a teacher, subject leader and senior leader. Paul leads on Teaching and Learning, CPD and the Use of Data in school to support classroom practice. Fred Longworth is an outstanding school known for its innovation and best practice. Paul is an experienced facilitator, he has developed cluster training in conjunction with the National College and runs programmes in middle leader development.
He also runs successful professional development sessions in his own school and others on the use of data, teaching and learning and on ensuring effective quality assurance. His sessions are engaging and thought-provoking. He brings current knowledge, ‘on the job’ insight and perspective to all his sessions.
