Sarah Plews

As a professional learning and leadership consultant and coach specialising in international education, Sarah is committed to supporting schools to build inclusive professional learning cultures, systems and habits that foster improvement.
Sarah is President-Elect of the European League for Middle level Education (ELMLE), a Council of International Schools (CIS) Accreditation Evaluation Team Member, and a Certified Coach with the National School Reform Faculty (NSRF) Critical Friends Group (CFG).
Prior professional roles include Director for Professional Development and Learning at a leading international school, Curriculum Consultant with Atlas and Founding Member of a global professional learning service for Faria Education Group. She has worked on projects connected with Kent State University and the University of Oporto.
Sarah has curated and facilitated highly regarded remote and in person professional learning experiences for international school leaders, teachers and teams from over 150 countries.
Sarah is a keen tennis player and skier, and an art enthusiast who is passionate about fostering intercultural understanding through The Arts. She lives with her family in Portugal.
