This module has been designed for senior leaders who would like to learn more about the actions and qualities of highly successful schools.

There is a growing base of research evidence providing information about exactly what these leaders do, how they do it and which personal qualities and attitudes they demonstrate to be successful.

The module explores the research findings to identify how some leaders have implemented rapid improvement and find out how other leaders have embedded longer term successful change. You will be asked to reflect on your own leadership and to plan to sue some of the practical strategies identified to improve leadership in your own school.
