Leading Learning from the Middle

Develop your leadership. Build the capability of others.

For 25 years, KAA’s Leading Learning from the Middle programme has helped aspiring and established leaders worldwide develop their confidence, knowledge and practical skills. As a CMI Approved Centre, KAA now offers participants a route to formal recognition of that learning.

The CMI Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management brings together organisational purpose, leadership practice, relationships, performance and professional development. It encourages you to reflect critically on your experience and consider how your leadership can make a positive difference.

Is this right for you?

Your commitment and support

Discuss the route with KAA before you enrol, including your previous learning, the assessment requirements and the support you will need.

Your commitment

Attendance on Leading Learning from the Middle can be used towards guided learning time. The unit figures describe learning and assessment commitment, not a fixed course timetable. KAA can explain how these apply to you.

How we support you

Ask what evidence or assignments are required, how assessment is organised, what support is included and when work needs to be submitted. These arrangements are agreed with KAA.

Fees, assessment and dates

Contact the CMI Centre Co-ordinator for current fees, what they include, registration arrangements and available start dates.

Discuss your qualification with the KAA team.

We can help you explore the right route, assessment requirements and practical arrangements for you or your organisation.
