A strong foundation for your first leadership role.

KAA Future Leaders provides a route towards the CMI Level 3 Award for people taking their first significant steps into leadership and management. It is designed for aspiring or practising team leaders and supervisors, including those beginning to take responsibility for people, projects and performance.

The programme develops the practical foundations of effective leadership: setting direction, supporting others, managing priorities and helping people work towards shared goals. For schools and organisations, it is an opportunity to invest early in the people who will become tomorrow’s leaders.

  • Aspiring and practising team leaders
  • Supervisors and people new to managing others
  • People taking responsibility for projects and performance

KAA also proposes this route for young people aged 16-19, including students and apprentices. Discuss suitability and entry requirements with the centre.
