Karen Ardley Associates and Institut Florimont have formed a collaborative partnership, KAA@Florimont, to ensure
cutting-edge professional learning is accessible to schools and staff from across Central Europe (and beyond)
in an outstanding location and venue.

As part of the wide range of programmes being delivered at KAA@Florimont we are delighted to be offering this brand new two-day programme ‘Teams that Thrive’ which will enable and inspire leaders and team members to support each other and thrive.

The programme explores how to develop team effectiveness, nurture well-being and foster intercultural sensitivity, ensuring it is the responsibility of everyone in the team.

Dates: Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May 2024

Location: Hosted by Institut Florimont, conveniently located near the centre of Geneva using their state of the art facilities.

PROGRAMME OUTLINE

The current climate demands a special kind of leader with the competence and confidence to create and be part of a thriving team. What do we mean to lead and be a member of a team that thrives? Why is this fundamental to a flourishing organisational culture?

The programme looks to deepen understanding of leadership practices that can support team effectiveness, wellness and success and develop a tool kit of strategies and approaches for strengthening individuals and teams.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Team Leaders: These can be leaders of a group at any level who empower collective and individual goals.    Teams: These are members of a team who want to build a shared understanding of what it takes to genuinely work as a team.    Teacher Leaders: These are peer leaders who enhance their potential effectiveness based on their credibility within the eyes of their peers.

This two day programme will be delivered by outstanding KAA Facilitator Sarah Plews.
