COBIS are hosting our new and exciting programme Teams that Thrive in February 2025. An interactive programme will enable and inspire leaders and team members to support each other to thrive by understanding how to intentionally develop team effectiveness, nurture wellbeing and foster intercultural sensitivity. 

The current climate demands a special kind of leader with the competence and confidence to create and be part of a thriving team. What do we mean to lead and be a member of a team that thrives? Why is this fundamental to a flourishing organisational culture? 

2 x 3-hour workshops – a week apart – Blended approach of facilitated online discussion and online self-study.  

  • Two group facilitated online sessions. 
  • Self-study online module which includes film, audio, case studies, interactive activities, and guidance for further learning.

The programme explores how to develop team effectiveness, nurture well-being and foster intercultural sensitivity, ensuring it is the responsibility of everyone in the team.

Dates: Wednesday 5th and Wednesday 12th February 2025, 9am – 12noon GMT

PROGRAMME OUTLINE

The programme looks to deepen understanding of leadership practices that can support team effectiveness, wellness and success and develop a tool kit of strategies and approaches for strengthening individuals and teams.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Team Leaders: These can be leaders of a group at any level who empower collective and individual goals.   
Teams: These are members of a team who want to build a shared understanding of what it takes to genuinely work as a team.   
Teacher Leaders: These are peer leaders who enhance their potential effectiveness based on their credibility within the eyes of their peers.

This two day programme will be delivered by outstanding KAA Facilitator Sarah Plews.
