Coaching for Wellbeing

This module combines two modules, in Part 1 we will be exploring how coaches can use their skills to promote the wellness of their coachees. For the most part, we want to think about how coaches can help other people develop stronger mental healthiness!

In the second part of our module, we are going to explore what coaches need to reflect on and understand when they encounter a coachee who appears to be demonstrating signs of mental ill health.
