Event Details

Karen Ardley Associates are delighted to delivering via remote facilitation, this one day programme on ‘Mastery in Maths’ for Ecole Mosaic in Geneva, Switzerland.

This programme will explore the concept of deepening learning in mathematics. Strategies, techniques and resources to excite and engage the learners will be shared.
Participants will leave the programme confident and well-prepared to plan and deliver inspiring lessons enabling all learners to make accelerated progress and enjoy success in mathematics.

By completing this programme we aim:

  • To explore ways to deepen learning in mathematics.
  • To identify practical techniques and resources to promote maths mastery.
  • To plan to promote success and mastery in mathematics for all leaners.

Teachers in KS1 and KS2

Delivery and Format

This programmes will use a blended approach of facilitated online discussion and online self-study using the KAA Online Learning Platform.

The facilitated sessions will be delivered using Zoom and the online self-study modules will be accessed via KAA Online Learning Platform.

KAA Presenter

Charlotte Hindley is currently an Assistant Head and outstanding teacher at a high performing school in Northern England. She has experience teaching from EYFS to Y6 and her passion and practice ensure that all pupils make good and rapid progress whilst developing a love of learning . She is designated as a Specialist Lead in Education (SLE) to support teachers, leaders and schools to reflect upon and develop their own practice through a coaching model.
In her role as Director of Research and Development, Charlotte works with her local Teaching School Alliance to explore new initiatives and innovative practices in order to maintain high expectations and maintain her school’s strive for relentless improvement.
In addition, Charlotte has been designated as an Evidenced Lead in Education (ELE) by Blackpool Research School. She supports engagement in evidence-informed interventions and the use of research to inform school improvement decisions.
