Leading for Impact

Programme Outline

This programme provides the opportunity for senior and middle leaders to plan and implement a school-based project to improve an area of school provision.

Participants will develop the understanding, knowledge and skills necessary to make a significant impact in their identified area of responsibility.

They will be provided with the tools and techniques, the confidence and competence to improve performance and demonstrate the impact of their leadership.

Objectives

• To develop leadership confidence and competence.
• To encourage leadership accountability for an identified area of school performance.
• To identify an area for school improvement then design and implement a clear action plan to impact positively on performance
