Karen Ardley Associates are delighted to be offering the successful and popular 4 day Middle Leader Programme ‘Leading Learning from the Middle’ remotely during the summer term.
The programme will be delivered remotely 6am – 1pm BST.
Days 1 & 2 – 27th and 28th April 2022
Day 3 – Tuesday 17th May 2022
Day 4 – Tuesday 24th May 2022
Jayne Bennion, KAA Director will be delivering this 4 day workshop.
Programme Outline
This four day programme provides the opportunity for middle managers to improve their leadership behaviours and develop the skills required to make real changes to standards in their area of responsibility.

Target Audience
Aspiring or middle managers currently responsible for co-ordinating or managing a subject or aspect of school provision (eg. Subject, SENCO, Faculty, Assessment, Key Stage, Year Group etc.)
Objectives
- To deepen middle managers’ understanding of themselves and their leadership behaviours
- To extend middle managers’ knowledge and understanding about leadership
- To develop leadership skills
