Karen Ardley Associates are delighted to be offering a chance to experience our popular KAA Middle Leader programme remotely via Zoom. The programme will be facilitated on the following dates;

Day 1 & 2: Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd February 2026

Day 3: Monday 9th February 2026

Day 4: Thursday 5th March 2026

The programme is being hosted remotely in group facilitated sessions, led by our experienced facilitator Basman Zora.

We welcome participants from across the globe.

PROGRAMME OUTLINE

This four day programme provides the opportunity for middle leaders to improve their leadership behaviours and develop the skills required to make real changes to standards in their area of responsibility.

Previous participants have found the programme inspirational and life changing.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Aspiring or middle leaders currently responsible for co-ordinating or managing a subject or aspect of school provision (eg. Subject, SENCO, Faculty, Assessment, Key Stage, Year Group etc.)

OBJECTIVES

  • To deepen middle leaders’ understanding of themselves and their leadership behaviours
  • To extend middle leaders’ knowledge and understanding about leadership
  • To develop leadership skills
