KAA are delighted to be once again invited back to Wellington College International to deliver this bespoke programme.

This bespoke programme will provide opportunities for reflection, collaboration and implementation planning. Using practical, engaging strategies and techniques, drawing on and extending participants’ prior knowledge and expertise, the programme will include the following areas of focus:

  • Designing a vibrant curriculum
  • Leading a high performing faculty
  • Developing a positive culture
  • Creating a climate of enquiry and learning
  • Establishing purposeful collaboration
  • Promoting wellbeing and motivation

The programme will deploy the following learning activities and strategies:
