Karen Ardley Associates and Institut Florimont have formed a collaborative partnership, KAA@Florimont, to ensure
cutting-edge professional learning is accessible to schools and staff from across Central Europe (and beyond)
in an outstanding location and venue.
As part of the wide range of leadership and classroom practice programmes being delivered at KAA@Florimont we are delighted to be offering this popular classroom programme ‘Evidencing an Outstanding Curriculum’ face to face in Geneva this summer.
The most successful schools have an accurate, evidence-based view of what is working well with curriculum and pedagogy. They use their vision for curriculum to determine why how and when they evaluate the quality of their curriculum models. They know what is working well, and why. They know what needs work and what needs to be stopped and replaced.
This programme will introduce leaders to the process of evaluating their curriculum design and pedagogical approach, starting with the vision and principles that drive the curriculum and using them to identify indicators of the difference being made.
The module will include
- Cycle of evaluation to support strategic improvement
- Processes to gather and connect high quality evidence
- Key questions and indicators of to evaluate your success
- Structured narrative of your curriculum design processes
TARGET AUDIENCE
This programme is suitable for senior leaders who have responsibility for evaluating their school or phase curriculum
