This one-day programme is for Team Leaders.
It will explore team culture and use recent research to identify the key characteristics of successful teams. Drawing on lessons learned from sporting teams, participants will consider how football, rugby and cycling team managers use techniques and strategies to create a winning culture.
The programme is a must for sports fans and anyone who wants to learn from the best team managers in the world.
We will use ideas and tools from winning teams who enjoy consistent successes.
