Programme Outline
This one-day programme is for Team Leaders.

 

It will explore team culture and use recent research to identify the key characteristics of successful teams. Drawing on lessons learned from sporting teams, participants will consider how football, rugby and cycling team managers use techniques and strategies to create a winning culture.

 

The programme is a must for sports fans and anyone who wants to learn from the best team managers in the world.

 

We will use ideas and tools from winning teams who enjoy consistent successes.

To explore current research and thinking about successful teams

To identify the key characteristics of winning teams

To consider how leaders can draw on models from sport to create winning teams in their school

establishing expectations and norms;

identifying and deploying cultural architects

creating a culture of collaboration, trust and celebration; and

planning to lead for a winning team culture.

 

Participants will leave the programme inspired by lessons from sports teams and with a wealth of brilliant and practical techniques and tools to improve the culture of any team.
