Event Details

Karen Ardley Associates are delighted to be offering this interactive programme as part of our Autumn 2021 Blended Learning Calendar.

“Many people fail in life, not for lack of ability or brains or even courage, but simply because they have never organised their energies around a goal.”
Elbert Hubbard (circa 1900)

This blended learning programme is focused on achieving successful outcomes from a proactive target setting process in your organisation. When setting targets works well it is an active dialogue between professional colleagues in whatever role they hold. The setting, monitoring and reviewing of targets is an ongoing process, with ongoing support for colleagues, throughout the year. As part of an integrated programme of professional development reviewing, and the collaborative sharing of ideas, it has an impact on the learning of both adults and children across the whole school community.

This programme is designed to give you a greater understanding of the background to targets and the rationale for their use. The aim is to focus on the developmental aspects of the target setting process and the powerful effect that working towards achieving targets can have on colleagues.
Embedded across the programme are tools and activities that will support your own development, understanding and delivery of the process.

If there is one key message at the end of this blended learning programme it is to ensure that all those involved are informed and trained as to how to get the best out of your organisation’s processes for the setting of targets.
