Event Details

This short programme will explore alternative coaching models and approaches to working with colleagues in a coaching context in schools. The GROW model has gathered a strong following and while it is very effective in many situations, it is not always relevant. Participants will complete the programme with many practical, proven ideas and techniques to ensure school-based coaching is effective, confidential, appropriate and supports adults as they work to enhance teaching and learning experiences for their students.

Target audience

Leaders at all levels in school who would describe themselves as being in the first throes of using coaching or who are relatively new to coaching
