Staff at BISC have been developing their coaching and mentoring skills through self-study using modules on the KAA Online professional learning platform. On 16 October, we will bring everyone together for a remotely facilitated workshop which will reinforce and extend their coaching skills. Karen is looking forward to working with everyone and hearing how they are using coaching techniques across the school.
