Karen Ardley Associates are delighted to have been invited to deliver this two-day bespoke Professional Learning Programme for Brillantmont International School, Geneva.
The programme is designed for their team drawing on recent and relevant research into student learning and classroom practice.
Participants will work collaboratively to agree the key elements of ‘what makes an outstanding lesson’. Using the outcomes of Day 1 as criteria, participants will explore the benefits of classroom coaching conversations. The team will consider the coaching skills of questioning and listening to develop staff confidence is using coaching tools and techniques to maximise the positive impact of teaching on student learning.
