Leigh is an experienced senior leader, Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, and accredited CIS Evaluator, with a proven track record in successful educational leadership in UK and international settings in both primary and secondary phases.
Through her work with UK schools, National and Local Education Authorities, and world-renowned International Schools, Leigh has an in-depth knowledge of UK and international education policy and the implementation and development of strategies, curricula, and assessment protocols which improve standards across schools and secure exceptional educational outcomes for students.
The effective use of data to support schools and students to ensure every student is seen, heard, and known is a driving passion of Leigh’s and she has a wealth of experience in helping schools and senior leaders move from data literacy to data mastery.
