Jennifer Machaj

Jennifer Machaj is currently Director of SCITT (School Centered Initial Teacher Training) at Kingsbridge Teacher Training.
She has responsibility for leading the new core content framework and is very experienced in the ECF working across Primary and Secondary sectors. Previously Jennifer spent 15 years as Assistant Headteacher for Teaching and Learning. Jennifer has a proven track record for delivering teacher training and ensuring her graduates are effective classroom practitioners well versed in current up to date pedagogical evidence-based research. Jennifer is a Specialist Leader of Education and has achieved NPQSL.
She is an outstanding classroom practitioner ensuring her students are engaged, challenged and successful. As a KAA facilitator, Jennifer’s programmes receive excellent feedback and have proven impact, inspiring teachers to personalise student learning and accelerate student progress.
