David has been a Headteacher and Principal for 27 years in the UK, Singapore, The Netherlands, and China. He holds an MBA in Educational Leadership (International) a Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring and has facilitated several cohorts of international teaching staff through the International Programme for Middle Leaders for the Council of British International Schools.
David’s Doctorate in Leadership and Coaching at UCL Institute of Education focused on understanding how leaders use coaching to impact their organisations to promote self-efficacy. Recently, David has continued his work developing coaching around the world with individual clients and schools where the promotion of wellbeing and belonging, through cultures of coaching has become a particular interest.
