Miss Basia Lubaczewska is the Founding Principal of Muscat International School by Amity, bringing over 30 years of experience in education, including headship roles in both the UK and internationally. She has led both established and start-up schools, with notable leadership positions in London, Prague, Amsterdam, Abu Dhabi, and Shanghai. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of East Anglia, UK and is a certified Safeguarding Lead. Having held the position of ISI Inspector, her expertise lies in school improvement, distributed leadership, and pastoral development, with a deep passion for mentoring emerging educators and empowering student voice.
Teaching has been a lifelong passion for Basia and she is committed to seeing every pupil flourish as well rounded and confident individuals.
