At the end of this module we hope that governors will understand their responsibilities and can ask for the relevant information to make informed decisions; and that you have the opportunity to reflect on your school’s governance structures and ensure they are ‘fit for purpose’ and bring value to your organisation.

- Committee Structures including Terms of Reference
- Governor Competences – ensuring you have the right people with the right skills.
