Leading a Meeting Well

This module contains exemplars and ideas from the educational world and the wider world of work.  Both “worlds” have a lot to offer each other.  While your “systems and processes” may not be identical to the processes outlined in this module we do expect you’ll be able to draw some similarities and take the ideas within to further develop your own expertise.

This module will support you as you further develop a greater understanding on how to get the best out of fellow professionals, some of whom have experienced, or contributed to making, meetings less than satisfactory in the past.
