This Module has been designed for people who have overall responsibility for CPD in their school. It will also be useful for Senior and Middle Leaders who provide CPD for their team.

Probably the most important thing leaders do is develop staff.

Increasingly, people are recognising that sending staff out on external courses is not as effective as having a well-planned, school-based programme of professional learning.
