Constructive Target Setting

In this module we explore how effective target setting can have a positive impact on the whole organisation. We aim to deepen your awareness of the concept and purposes of effective target setting in a professional context and extend your understanding of the strengths and processes associated with target setting.

We also hope to develop a greater understanding on how to set personal targets in a professional context, examples in this case being within a school setting and identify the skills required to engage in target setting effectively.
