Confident Mathematicians

This module, ‘Confident Mathematicians: How to Achieve Mastery in Maths and explores the evidence behind a mastery approach to teaching and learning in the subject. 

Module Objectives:

• To explore what we understand by ‘maths mastery’ and how Mathematics has developed over time.
• To identify the skills and components of Maths Mastery and classroom techniques and activities to develop these.
• To plan to promote success through involving pupils in their own education, assessment and learning.
