Welcome back! The Team at KAA hope you have enjoyed a great summer break.
As we start the new academic year, we are delighted to announce two exciting new programmes. Firstly “Developing a winning culture” has been designed to enable Senior and Team Leaders to create a positive, motivational culture by drawing on lessons from success stories and winning teams. Based on the experiences of leaders and managers who have engaged their teams and built organisational cultures that inspire everyone.
The second programme is the outcome of an exciting new partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and has been designed to provide an accredited route to membership of this prestigious, body which holds the Royal Charter. We are looking forward to working with leaders at all levels who want to develop and accredit their leadership skills through this valued route. Look out for locations and dates in our Upcoming Programmes.
We are also pleased to share dates and locations for our tried and tested leadership and classroom practice programmes. This year we will be offering programmes in Egypt, Romania, the Philippines, Abu Dhabi, Nepal, China, Malaysia, the Netherlands, and Switzerland amongst other locations.
We are giving 2020 a Coaching focus. Take a look at our coaching programmes or book one of our outstanding KAA Coaches to work with you individually or in a small group.
