Evaluative Leadership – Assessment for Learning for grown-ups!
The session will provide tools and ideas for evaluative leadership in your school and provide an opportunity to reflect on drivers of effective evaluation. We will explore how monitoring activities provide information but connecting that evidence and digging deeper into why it is happening provides a deeper understanding of what is working well, what needs to be adapted in order to improve learning even further.
Participants will have opportunity to use the KAA Online platform and explore key levers for evaluative leadership. The session will be interactive, providing activities you can take with you back into your school.
