KAA Consultants work with several Governing Bodies and Trust Boards to advise on Performance Management for Headteachers, Principals and Chief Executives. We manage planning and review meetings within the Performance Management cycle and provide guidance on Objectives, Actions and evidence collection in schools in England and internationally.

We also run programmes for Reviewers on the Performance Management process and Reviewing Skills. These are usually held in England in the Autumn Term and facilitated by KAA Consultant Brian Rossiter
