This is the first of two modules on Facilitation Skills. It will provide you with a deeper understanding of how adults lear and the basic considerations you will need to make as a facilitator of professional learning.

We will begin to explore how to use some of the techniques described in the Facilitation Techniques Handbook and look at some of the preparations you need to make to ensure you facilitate a successful professional learning session.
