Sue Whitmarsh is an Executive and Leadership Coach and facilitator of learning who has worked in education for over twenty years, internationally and in the UK.
Sue has taught across all ages in the primary phase, specialising in EYFS and KS1 and held the position of Senior Leader in a leading International School in the Netherlands.
Sue now lectures in Early Childhood Education at Kendal College and for the University of Central Lancashire. Sue believes in the power of coaching and demonstrates a passion and drive to support others to thrive. Using coaching as a tool to remove barriers, creating a space to be heard and challenged and supporting clients to explore their own solutions are key to facilitating change.
As a senior leader, Sue adopted a coaching approach with colleagues to focus on the achievement and progress of children and to develop self-efficacy. Like all KAA coaches, Sue believes in working with the whole person to uncover solutions and opportunities in their professional lives. Sue’s strengths see her adopt an authentic and respectful approach to facilitating workshops and in enabling individuals to reach their potential.
