Karen Ardley Associates and TFL Education are delighted to be teaming up to provide this Level 3 Award in the Principles of Management and Leadership. The programme is offered as a 1 day workshop which is accredited by the Royal Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
This professional qualification is designed specifically for sixth form students, in order to develop their knowledge and understanding of the principles of management and leadership whilst also providing the opportunity to achieve an internationally recognised management and leadership qualification.
One day Workshop stucture:
Session 1: Leadership Pathways
Session 2: Team Leading
Session 3: Communicaion
Session 4: We are all Leaders
Following the workshop, students will be required to produce a written assignment for assessment of between 2000 and 2500 words. If all the learning outcomes are met, the student will be awarded their CMI professional qualification.
During this time, students will receive tutor support via zoom, as well as access to ManagementDirect, the CMI’s leading online portal.
