Event Details
British School of Bucharest, Romania, in association with COBIS, will be hosting a conference for Early Career Teachers and Mentors on 9-10 February 2024.
This conference provides an opportunity for Early Career Teachers, Recently Qualified Teachers, and those working as Mentors in international schools to come together to develop their practice. The programme for Early Career Teachers will cover topics such as responsive teaching, assessment for learning, differentiation, behaviour management, EAL, and more. The programme for mentors will look at how to deliver lesson observations feedback, establish strong professional relationships, make the most of mentor/teacher meetings, etc. The conference will include plenty of opportunities to share best practices, learn from other schools, and develop your professional network.
Karen Ardley Associates are delighted to be providing a range of specially designed workshops for Early Careers Teachers and Mentors.

Who should attend: Early Career Teachers (regardless of whether or not they are undergoing formal ECT induction), Recently Qualified Teachers, and those working as Mentors for new and trainee teachers in international schools.
