Karen Ardley Associates have formed a collaborative partnership with Leeds Trinity University and the HLTA National Assessment Partnership to offer assessment and the award of HLTA Status for Teaching Assistants working in schools across the world. This programme is designed for Teaching Assistants who are already demonstrating high levels of capability and who are seeking to develop themselves professionally.
